SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on where the purchase is being sent, the weight of the product, and the chosen shipping method.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 4 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Our fabric and wallpaper items have a longer processing time due to custom manufacturing. The wallpaper has a production time of 5 business days plus shipping. Lead time is approximately 4 weeks for wallpaper yardage. The fabric items have a production time of 10 business days plus shipping. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping method chosen during checkout. Most products standard shipping will be delivered within 4 to 10 business days (depending on location). Most expedited shipping takes between 2 to 3 days (depending on location). 

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Cynthia Oswald is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
