About Dandelion
I’ve always loved the quiet resilience of dandelions. They appear in unexpected places—bright, cheerful, and unapologetically themselves. When I was young, I remember neighbors talking about how you could eat them, and now as an adult, I’ve learned about their healing properties in teas and tonics. What some see as weeds, I see as reminders of joy and resourcefulness. And, of course, there’s the childlike wonder in making a wish and blowing the seeds into the air—tiny dreams taking flight.

Taraxacum officinale. Native to temperate regions worldwide; known for its golden blooms that transform into delicate seed heads carried away by the wind.

About the Golden Halo Collection:
Each miniature painting celebrates light, resilience, and the quiet wonder found in nature’s details. Watercolor, gold ink, and acrylic medium combine to form delicate studies of flora and fauna—butterflies, moths, and wildflowers—that invite us to pause, notice, and be restored by nature’s beauty.

Born from a desire to slow down and reconnect, Golden Halo continues my exploration of stillness and renewal through the natural world. Every piece reflects my belief that beauty can be found in even the smallest subjects—each framed by a radiant circle of gold, symbolizing the light that endures within and around us.
